At Continental Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, back into the protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
